ABSTRACT

A 70-year-old man presented with a 2-day history of a nonspecific, pruritic, erythematous, urticarial eruption localized on the right thigh; no vesicles were visible (Fig 1). The patient reported the appearance of the lesions as the result of multiple insect bites. Medical history was positive for psoriatic arthritis treated for 1 month with systemic corticosteroid and anti-inflammatory drugs.
